This weekend we gave the babies their first taste of watermelon.
We wanted them to enjoy a tasty treat this hot July weekend. They attacked it like piranhas.
Gus Gus also is a watermelon fiend. But he waited oh so patiently for the babies to be done.
Then he finished it off.
After digging into the melon the babies were just a tad on the sticky side. They needed a bath, so we brought out the kiddie pool and gave them their first "swim".
We had to put some steps next to it and in it, right now their little leggies are too small to let them climb in and out. It didn't take them long to figure it out.
